Soul Work

At a certain point, it becomes clear that you cannot ignore what life is asking of you.

Your inner compass points you in a direction you’ve never been before. Moving forward means letting go of past identities, roles, and relationships that no longer feel true and following the signals of your intuition towards the mystery calling your name.

And still, there is an unexpected familiarity with this calling. Some part of you deeply longs to participate in the adventure of life from a more authentic and alive place.

Things will never be the same.

Making sense of yourself and the world can become a full-time project when life-altering events occur.

Whether you chose this change or not, the way things once were no longer fits who you’re becoming. As a result, the way you see the world is shifting, and your sense of self is changing with it.

The weight of it all is overwhelming.

You do your best to return to the regular business of your life, but eventually your efforts falter. The calling resurfaces.

Motivation and meaning continues to fade and your life feels glaringly inauthentic.

Family and friends offer reassurance, but you continue to feel isolated, misunderstood, and disoriented.

Navigating existential and soul crises challenges the core of who we are.

Intense emotions can easily overtake your thoughts, cloud your discernment, and complicate your ability to make healthy decisions. Everything you thought you knew about yourself and life is changing.

In moments like these, you don’t need answers rushed or imposed. You need space and reflections from someone walking alongside you as you evolve into your next form.

About Me

Turtle Valley 3

My path into this work began with my own search for healing and transformation. In my early twenties, a significant health crisis disrupted my life and sent me on a deeply personal healing journey. Through exploring various therapeutic approaches, I developed a profound respect for the courage and effort it takes to rebuild trust in yourself and your body.

That experience shapes how I show up today. My work is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your nervous system. I draw from somatic therapy and parts work to help you move beyond insight alone and into embodied change – at a pace that feels safe, sustainable, and playful.

Outside the therapy room, I spend time producing music, practicing yoga, reading, and being in nature. Creativity and embodiment are central to how I live and work. If you’re feeling called toward deeper healing and a more authentic way of being, I’d be honored to connect.

What Soul Work Offers

Soul work sessions provide a compassionate and grounded container for people called towards a more authentic way of living and want support exploring what is being asked of them.

In our work together, we take on the big questions- slowly, honestly, and carefully. We utilize proven tools to deepen your connection with your intuition guiding you towards your most authentic self. We track the synchronicities that surface along the way and explore ways of integrating your insights through embodiment and creative action in the world.

Drawing from a somatic and parts work approach, we reconnect with what matters most to you and what makes your life worth living. We attend to the survival patterns that helped you arrive to this moment and recalibrate your approach so you may live in more fully into your most free, joyful, and aligned self.

This is about remembering who you are beneath conditioning, expectations, wounds, fear, and obligation.

Over time, we work to integrate your experiences so you can live more consistently in the present moment, with greater clarity, trust, and direction.

Soul work is for those who know something essential is changing in their journey and are ready to meet it with curiosity and courage.
