Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Briana Tozour Hkkqbpa49ua UnsplashYour obsession with understanding how things went wrong has become a wild goose chase.

Memories of lose-lose scenarios replay in your mind, defying logic or reason.

Part of you is still waiting for an apology. After all the empathy, kindness, and forgiveness you’ve offered, it feels like the least they could do.

But it never comes.

The confusion and pain take over your ability to know yourself and trust your reality.

Over time, your mind, body, and relationships suffer from the undue weight that has become yours alone to carry.

Without true justice or resolution, hope feels fleeting with this approach.

Looping through this painful cycle again and again can leave you feeling broken, inadequate, and ashamed.

The good news: You’ve survived the hardest part. Now it’s time to truly heal.

Understanding what happened is just one piece of recovering from narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation.

True healing involves restoring your ability to feel trust, confidence, and in connection with yourself.

Let’s work together to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you’re experiencing and develop a plan to achieve the unique vision you hold for your life.

Our work together will free you from what is no longer working and move you closer to the life you long for.

About Me

Turtle Valley 3

My path into this work began with my own search for healing and transformation. In my early twenties, a significant health crisis disrupted my life and sent me on a deeply personal healing journey. Through exploring various therapeutic approaches, I developed a profound respect for the courage and effort it takes to rebuild trust in yourself and your body.

That experience shapes how I show up today. My work is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your nervous system. I draw from somatic therapy and parts work to help you move beyond insight alone and into embodied change – at a pace that feels safe, sustainable, and playful.

Outside the therapy room, I spend time producing music, practicing yoga, reading, and being in nature. Creativity and embodiment are central to how I live and work. If you’re feeling called toward deeper healing and a more authentic way of being, I’d be honored to connect.

What Healing Looks Like

I offer a deeply attuned, trauma-informed approach that integrates the most effective elements of somatic therapy, parts work, and depth-oriented interventions. This combination helps release the paralyzing effects of chronic stress and trauma so you can feel safe, present, and confident in your own body again.

Together, we’ll:

  • Disarm the anxiety, shame, and confusion that have taken hold

  • Strengthen your boundaries and inner sense of safety

  • Restore your trust in your intuition and perception

  • Reconnect with your vitality, confidence, and self-worth

From this place, you’ll be able to integrate your experiences, rediscover your voice, and make choices that reflect your truth – not your trauma.

Your Next Step is Here
