No relationship is perfect…
But when you’ve been regularly exposed to overwhelm, neglect, or abuse within the connections you rely on for care and support, you’ve survived conditions far beyond “normal” imperfections.
In result, you live in a chronic state of insecurity, constantly scanning for threats, walking on eggshells, consumed by the relational pain that has become your reality.
The damage you’ve endured to your self worth means you’re more likely to people-please and abandon your truth to keep the peace. You find yourself wrestling with shame, ruminating over unspoken resentments, and resisting the urge to lash out or run away.
You live with the fear of being too much, or not enough, and struggle to experience feelings of trust and safety in your relationships.
These aren’t personality flaws.
They’re survival strategies you learned in an environment where safety wasn’t consistent, and care wasn’t reliable.
Left unresolved, these patterns carry over into new relationships- replaying the drama of the past and crashing into the same walls you’ve worked so hard to distance yourself from, costing you more and more over time.
Understanding the past isn’t enough. Time alone isn’t enough.
What’s needed is the safe connection and tools to retrain your nervous system, reclaim your self worth, and rediscover yourself.
My Approach to healing CPTSD

I offer a potent combination of parts work and somatic therapy tools to address the most challenging elements of complex and relational trauma.
We’ll work together to:
- Understand the survival strategies you’ve adopted that are no longer serving your needs.
- Unlearn patterns of tension, hypervigilance, and numbness to reestablish what safety and connection feels like within your nervous system.
- Repair the wounds that sabotage intimacy and authentic connection.
- Provide the emotional nourishment and attunement you didn’t get when you need it most.
- Identify opportunities to grow in your use of boundaries and effective communication practices to support your ability to advocate for your needs and resolve conflict.
- Help you build new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people you love.
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping you grow into the version of yourself that trauma interrupted- the one who feels grounded, capable, connected, and free.
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. You deserve support that understands the complexity of what you’ve lived through and knows how to help you move beyond survival.
Let’s work together to address the burdens you carry and heal the wounds that prevent you from truly thriving.
Hi, I’m Frank.
I work with adults struggling to turn insight into embodied change.
I’ve been there… In my early twenties, I experienced a mental health crisis that significantly disrupted my ability to function. Despite understanding where my pain came from and how I wanted to change, I continued to experience the same outcomes in my relationships, work, and art- especially in the face of adversity.
Things changed after I found rock bottom and I was forced to reassess my approach. It was at this point that I began integrating my cognitive and mental work with somatic and depth psychology tools.
Together, these approaches contributed to a profound transformation in my experience of life. I became better able to recognize old patterns without automatically acting them out, stay connected to myself when life became difficult, and feel more trusting in myself.
