About Me

My inspiration for becoming a therapist…Turtle Valley 3

From an early age, I’ve had a deep sensitivity to the emotional worlds of others. That sensitivity called me into caregiving and leadership roles where I learned how to hold space for people navigating adversity, grief, uncertainty, and change.

In my early twenties, a significant health crisis disrupted my sense of stability and identity. What followed was a humbling and transformative journey through various therapeutic approaches in search of relief. Some helped. Some didn’t. But through that process, I began to understand healing not as a quick fix, but as a gradual return to an empowered relationship with my inner leader.

That experience changed the way I listen. It changed the way I sit with pain. It changed the way I understand who we are as people.

The perspective I offer today is shaped by both professional training and the personal work of rebuilding trust in my own body, mind, and purpose. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, grounded, playful, and attuned to your nervous system – not rushed, pathologizing, or cold.

My role is to walk with you as you reconnect with your own truth, hold space when adversity inevitably shows up, and offer caring-guidance back to your inner wisdom when you feel stuck.

Outside of therapy…

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me producing music, practicing yoga, reading, or spending time in nature. Creativity and embodiment are central to how I stay grounded and inspired.

I’m continually learning – from mentors, from community, and from life itself – refining my understanding of what it means to live in alignment with the highest good for all beings.
