About Me
My inspiration for becoming a therapist…
As a highly sensitive person, I have always had a keen ability to attune to the emotional experience of others. My open-hearted approach has called me to serve in several caregiving and leadership roles where I’ve further developed my ability to connect with diverse populations.
In my early 20’s, I experienced a health crisis that significantly disrupted my ability to navigate life. The challenges I faced sent me on a journey where I explored a variety of therapeutic modalities and schools of thought in search of relief. Through this journey, I experienced a profound change in the way I relate with my personal trauma and rediscovered my truth.
The therapeutic modalities I offer have served a critical role in my ability to overcome the challenges I’ve experienced in my life. As a therapist, I am blessed to offer the gifts I’ve accumulated in service to the greater good of others.
Outside of therapy…
I spend most of my time playing music, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I love to learn, explore, and celebrate the miracle of life with my closest people. I am continuously refining and rediscovering my perspective toward the highest good for all beings.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy supports our ability to return to healthy functioning after a traumatic event by treating chronic dysregulation as it presents in our nervous systems. By learning to decode the messages of our nervous system, we reclaim our ability to meet triggering moments without being overtaken by them.
Parts Work
Parts work is a therapeutic tool used to integrate competing aspects of our personality toward greater coherence. Relating to our patterns as “parts” grants the distance to reclaim our true self and identify opportunities to live in greater alignment with our core values.
Ecopsychology
Ecopsychology offers a therapeutic framework to treat psychological suffering as reflected in our relationship with the natural world. By deepening our relationship with our inner and outer nature, we can come to understand ourselves as part of a network of relationships that define our purpose, place, and potential as individuals and species.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a therapeutic tool to heal dysfunctional patterns by examining the assumptions and expectations that inform our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
