Do you have a sliding scale?

I reserve a portion of my caseload to work with people who are highly motivated for change without the financial resources to afford my fee. If this situation applies to you, contact me to discuss this option further.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I give one missed session without charge. For the second and future missed sessions, I charge my full rate for a late-canceled or rescheduled session within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.

Who is your ideal client?

I love to work with anyone eager to fulfill their life’s potential, deepen their relationship with their soul, and contribute their unique gifts to the world. Regardless of their current life circumstances, these people often identify as leaders, change-makers, artists, therapists, healers, visionaries, and neurodivergent.

My approach works best for people with prior therapeutic experience and are committed to tending to the deeper neurological impacts of trauma and conditioning on their psycho-spiritual development that disrupt their ability to obtain and maintain their most authentic way of being in the world.

What is your educational and professional background?

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, I’ve completed professional training as a Massage Therapist, obtained a certificate in Post-Traumatic Growth Somatic Therapy with Ruby Jo Walker, and Somatic Parts Work with The Embody Lab. I am currently pursing additional training in IFS-Informed Somatic Trauma Therapy and EMDR. I also have completed extensive personal development work within Ecopsychology and depth work with Animas Valley Institute.

I’ve worked with various populations in various roles that influence how I support people to heal from trauma and achieve their potential. More information on my background can be found on my LinkedIn Page: View Profile.
